Context

Cash App launched a Bitcoin feature by integrating with the Lightning Network. Preparing support copy for this launch took a lot of stakeholder feedback, collaboration, and operational work.

What I did

• Wrote, edited, and published over 20 macros, 6 articles in-app, and 1 help center article (seen above)

• Reviewed product requirement documentation

• Brainstormed and implemented support copy guidelines around bitcoin

• Collaborated with product managers, compliance, legal, UX writers/designers, and more

• Article receives over 1,000 unique viewers per month (on average)
