The Cash App Investing team wanted to be transparent with our customers and inform them on what an investing account is and how it could affect them.

What I did

• Wrote, edited, and published content on the help center.

• Researched investing and regulatory information with guidance from the SEC & FINRA.

• Brainstormed and implemented support copy guidelines around investing.

• Collaborated with product managers, compliance, legal, UX writers/designers, and more
